  • Cherry tomatoes: 16 cherry tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives: 16 pitted kalamata olives
  • Green olives: 16 pitted green olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Oregano: 1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
  • Lemon zest: Zest of 1 lemon
  • Black pepper: Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Cocktail skewers: 16 small cocktail skewers or toothpicks
