Festive cucumber stars with creamy dill topping, ideal for holiday entertaining.

# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 large cucumbers

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 30 ml (2 tbsp) sour cream
04 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) red bell pepper, finely diced (optional)
09 - Extra dill sprigs

# How To Make It:

01 - Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice lengthwise into thin slices approximately 4 mm thick.
02 - Use a 3–4 cm star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from the cucumber slices. Place stars on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, finely chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip, or use a plastic bag with a snipped corner as an alternative.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a small dice of red bell pepper and a sprig of dill. Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour before serving.
