02 - 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers

03 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 cups cold water

# How To Make It:
01 - Heat 2 cups of water in a small saucepan until boiling. Remove from heat and add dried butterfly pea flowers. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain to remove solids. Let the infusion cool.
02 - Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar in a pitcher. Stir vigorously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Pour 2 cups of cold water into the lemon mixture and mix thoroughly.
04 - Place ice cubes and lemon slices in glasses for serving.
05 - Pour equal amounts of butterfly pea flower infusion into each glass.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared lemonade over the blue infusion in each glass. Observe the color change as the liquid transitions from blue to purple and pink.
07 - Gently stir in each glass to combine, then serve immediately while chilled.
